About
The Georgia Technology Authority (GTA) established Georgia Data in March 2017 to foster open communication between the state government and its constituents. Over time, GTA will continue to add data from state agencies as it becomes available.
The new open data portal allows citizens to easily explore, understand, and use Georgia’s data. Opening data to the public answers questions and allows creative people in all walks of life to find new solutions to daily problems. The Georgia open data portal will ease the relationship between the government and its people, benefiting the community at large.
Georgia state agencies own the data provided in this portal. It does not include any personal identifying information or any classified content.
State agencies have the option to host and visualize data sets in this repository. Want to see your agency's data in the portal? Reach out to us.
